As our contribution to preparing the way for what we hope, with further work and participation, become the basis for a sponsored team project, we have concentrated our initial efforts to prepare a first-stage organizational, working tools and communications base for the hoped for project. As of this date here are the main building blocks, already for the most part in at least beta working order — and ready to go as soon as the sponsors, collaborators and partners give the green light

Towards a New Mobility Agenda for Moldova (Beta)
This project is based on an idea put forward by Eric Britton, professor of Sustainable Development, Economy and Democracy at the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (Paris), in discussion with colleagues at the Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe (REC), who agreed to look more closely into this as an eventual collaborative project. The first two partners then decided to take contact with the SOLVED environmental network as a cooperating third partner. This note briefly introduces the project idea, REC and Solved. Please read it as a beta test in the process of collaborative review and fine tuning
The core idea of this collaborative project is to work side by side with local government, the private sector, civil society, and international and bilateral aid organizations, and with the participation of an international network of cooperating experts work together to help chart a path toward the sustainable mobility agenda via an open collaborative project in Europe’s poorest country. A goal: By working together to co-create a high-profile New Mobility Agenda pilot project and process to serve the fast-congesting city of Chisinau or other cooperating city.
