As of this date here are the main building blocks, already for the most part in at least beta working order — and ready to go as soon as the sponsors, collaborators and partners give the green light

Background Summary: Project origins

This project is based on an idea put forward by Eric Britton, professor of Sustainable Development, Economy and Democracy at the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (Paris) in the context of their Civil Society program, in discussion with colleagues at the Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe (REC), who agreed to look more closely into this as an eventual collaborative project in Moldova. The first two partners then decided to take contact with the SOLVED environmental network as a cooperating third partner. This note briefly introduces the project idea, REC and Solved. Please read it as a beta test in the process of collaborative review and fine tuning
